@jnow What I don’t know about this incident is whether this is Telus TELUS or Telus Digital.
Telus Digital is Telus’ IT outsourcing subsidiary for other businesses. So if it’s that, it’s possible that it’s for one or more of their United Statesian customers.
If it’s TELUS, then what the actual fuck!
None of this is a good look for Telus… which was the lesser evil of our 4 big telecom oligopoly (still bad).
