Can you block an entire domain as a user?
ok, but even if you block this account you still see bridges accounts from BSKY because the bridge is creating a user for each bridged account. It’s well described on brid.gy‘s Homepage.
So blocking the account helps to avoid your profile being bridged. Or: open the profile, select the … menu and choose „remove as follower“.
Each site providing RSS can be bridged. This is done by a request from any Fediverse user. Not sure if you can avoid this at all besides not providing RSS.

This BSKY bridge is an opt in, you need to follow it and then it follows you back to bridge your posts. So blocking it is not really needed.
Btw. if the account already follows you, you can also remove it from your followers list.
