Re veganism: if you used wine, it’s probably not vegan anyway, as most (especially white) wines use animal products in the fining process. Vegan wine from the US is often specially marked with something about fining or filtering, but it’s hard to tell in general.

Boozy Butter Beans and Greens on Toasted Sourdough -
fried chicken rice with sambalIt’s a type of chili sauce that’s basically hot red chile paste with garlic, some sort of onion/shallot, and I believe shrimp paste usually. Sometimes people also use tomato, and may cook some of the ingredients other than the shrimp paste as well. Also herbs and spices like lemongrass, ginger, etc depending on specific tastes. It’s supposed to be quite a bright flavor.

Ramen Eggs with Ramen! This may be an unpopular opinion, insofar as any opinion professing a favorite brand of instant ramen can be unpopular, but while shin black probably has the best broth, albeit by a fairly narrow margin, I think Nissin Gold has the best noodles and is the best overall.
Yes yes, I know, “death to the heretic” and all that.

Just made Palitaw, meaning "to float" in Filipino (Tagalog). A glutinous rice flour snack/dessert coated with toasted sesame, toasted grated coconut and brown sugar.I can confirm that it’s great.

Smoked sausage and pasta salad.my point still stands
It kinda doesn’t though. That is substantially bigger than even the biggest hot dog that I would consider a normal size. You have to really mean JUMBO for your comparison to make any sense, and at that point you can’t use the serving size conventions of hot dogs anymore.

ATK-Inspired Filipino Chicken AdoboThe recipe sounds good, and if I look through the visual artifacts, the result looks good too, but wow; that is a stupendously bad photograph.

What's the spice you use most?Cinnamon, easily, though cumin is a close-ish second. I put cinnamon in my porridge, in chilli and dahl, on beans, over cornflakes, and so much more.

Potato enchilada casseroleI think it’s just the olives. Suggesting olives on enchiladas 'round here would be liable to get you shot.

What's the spice you use most?I’ve never roasted mushrooms, but that sounds delicious.

Potato enchilada casseroleSomething about this feels deeply Midwestern.

Cost per person, $3.90Because you don’t like either, or because you do like fresh cranberries and feel the green beans should have got the same attention?
