This dish is a killer.

It’s a mix of dry black olives, diced sweet red pepper, diced tomato, capers, diced red onion, garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley. In fact, I don’t remember exactly.

Fresh mozzarella and Parmesan Reggiano.
