Mmmmm, fried plantains sound so good rn. Try frying and seasoning slives of peel too. Season them like you would a french fry or potato chip. Bit of a strange aftertaste but you get used to it and its less noticable in homegrown ones

I gotta find a way to make a vegan birria, I miss that shit
