So many movie reaction channels, and all of the mainstream ones just seem to be utterly lacking in critical analysis.3 Idiots might be the most-reacted-to Indian movie of recent times, and not a single reactor commented on the rape joke that sits at the center of it. Dozens of reactors saw Baahubali and not one commented on the creepy stalking to female lead. The same people would have torn apart a Hollywood movie showing such misogynist shit. This isn't cultural appreciation, this is sucking up because India has the sheer numbers. 2/2

Especially channels reacting to Indian movies, since their entire engagement is is driven by kissing ass and getting validation-hungry Indians to like them.
Sure, you can watch a mainstream hit and enjoy it in the moment. But *zero* social analysis begins to show. 1/2

I hated the book for its whitewashing of abusive parenting with the takeaway being - both my daughters are successful now, hence I am correct.
EXCEPT. Now I know that her elder "great lawyer" daughter worked for Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Amy herself wrote op-eds about him to portray him in a good light. Her husband is allegedly a sexual predator. 1/n
