I've been assiduously disengoogling myself this year, which is a hell of a process—a lot like separating tangled strands of Christmas lights—but the thing I'm having the hardest time with is Calendar.@KeithAmmann Sounds like you want something with CalDAV support. There are some self-hosted solutions out there, as well as managed hosted plans. This KB page from Tasks lists a decent selection of options.
