I really want to take a second with this... In a society where we've enshrined "free markets" as if the entire concept was given to us straight from divinity, these fuckwits have released a product no one wants, then subsequently bet so heavily on it that it has become one of the lynchpins of our entire economy, and now we're all supposed to go do our part to buy this dogshit product no one wants, lest our economy collapse? Is that what he wants me to believe?The mind fairly boggles.

If there were anything real to it, it wouldn't require *universal* adoption. It would just be so good at the job that nobody would question it.
That's not true in any industry or niche right now. LLMs simply can't perform the tasks we're told they're good at.
