ANY U.S. house representative or senator also needs to be voted out in the midterms (if they are up for reelection) if they do not side with the will of the people to impeach. Mexico and Canada can handle the extra matches and tourists. FIFA can adjust quickly to cut the US out. The US matches will have low ranked teams playing in near empty stadiums.
