Unfortunately the colours in your photo are washed out, I’m sure it looks better than the photo. It looks like it would be nice with fresh spinach leaves tossed through it before it is served

Are those canned peas? Frozen at least, next time.
Don’t get me wrong, I love some canned peas, but not tossed in a pan. Frozen have a better bite and brighter flavor for something like this, I think.

Spinach would be nice indeed. Going to pair it with feta and bread.

Yes, totally agree. This is also one of my fav greek vegetarian (it uses the lemon and egg finish) foods, like like here. Its a great spring food as I only use fresh artichokes.
