Don’t get me wrong, I love some canned peas, but not tossed in a pan. Frozen have a better bite and brighter flavor for something like this, I think.

Spinach would be nice indeed. Going to pair it with feta and bread.

Apart from the ingredients listed above, it has also onion and olive oil.Yes, totally agree. This is also one of my fav greek vegetarian (it uses the lemon and egg finish) foods, like like here. Its a great spring food as I only use fresh artichokes.
