#Monsterdon is a weekly fediverse community event (Sundays @ 9 PM ET) where a bunch of folks watch a monster/SF movie of some description in sync with each other and post about it.

[desaturated footage of neighbor vampire killing people, fucking your mom, and bullying you about it]
Narrator: Has this ever happened to you?
You: There's got to be a better way!
Peter Vincent: There IS!

I would like a wool cardigan with the same weave density as Amy's… thing. I cannot in good conscience call that a sweater and I don't know if it has another name
Would be perfect for the Fall season and early winter

Peter Vincent's hair make-up is not good. It looks like it could just be talcum. *I* have done grey hair like that before for a play.

Good job bringing your girlfriend, Charlie. The vampire is gonna fuck your girlfriend in addition to your mom, Charlie.
This is a pattern now, Charlie. I have to assume it's a thing for you.

yea this is close enough that I think it's THEY LIVE, especially with the alley shots
amusingly, this movie is 3 years earlier, though. so I guess if there were any link, it would be that THEY LIVE (1988) sounds like FRIGHT NIGHT (1985)
the electric guitar kinda spoils it but the rest is the same vibe

Apparently Evil Ed's actor was also in 976-EVIL which looks like solid #Monsterdon fare and is also on Tubi. I'd never heard of it before.
