Mis not placed yet. But close. Thanks very much! I did not look through enough recipes. Maybe this recipe is more like dumplings with the additional cheese. I actually have semolina flour too!

A tale of two mac and cheeses.I love your two versions! Yours does look so much healthier. I donโt know what they put in boxed versions though, but sometimes you just crave them! Must be bad for you whatever it is.

Savory oatmealSavory oats rock! Donโt listen to the nay-sayers.

Stock making time.I am curious what multiple rounds of pressure cooking do when you filter out the bits in after the first one? I usually just make broth on the stove top, does pressure cooking up the game? I do have an instant pot, just never thought to use it for that. Thanks!

Spaetzle recipe - https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/11793/german-spaetzle-dumplings/
I doubled the spaetzle recipe, did way more than double the peas, aged Gouda was 18 months. Would suggest more, it was still pretty soft. Also left out the nutmeg from the spaetzle.
Judged โpretty darn goodโ by my husband.
As he finished off his 3rdsโฆ

Eggs and potatoes. That looks great! Looked up giardiniera and it seems to be pickled veg? Does the pickle juice affect the texture of the eggs? Or do you rinse them?
