@pteryx @bedirthan The 3.5e PHB came out in 2003 and 4e was released in 2008. The 2024 PHB has already been out for 1 1/2 years.

Taking the dog for a walk, I heard a ringing noise from the sidewalk trash can.@Prometheus @ckr at least around here, some of our police stations have areas in the parking lot that are well lit and video surveilled so you can make exchanges like this.
