@yora I don't even know the rules here anymore, but it was a 30+ year old car. I had a similar surprise about 15 years ago when I saw a car from the early 80s with collector plates.

@yora @croyle I'd say that ESB's changes are the least bad, but all that extra Vader stuff in Cloud City throws off the pacing IMO.

I've come to the conclusion that I only want the original cuts; the other special editions can remain for those that want them.

Seeing a car from the 90s with collector/classic car plates really hurt. It hurt really bad…

@killick I wasn't even one when it came out, so I missed the original version in the theaters. Saw ESB and RotJ in the theaters though.

Hallelujah, they’re actually going to re-release the original 1977 version of Star Wars theatrically in February 2027. Hopefully, they release it for the home market too so I never have to watch the special versions ever again.
