Looks good. Why did you plate it on what looks a piece of wood used for hatchet throwing practice, judging by how deep those food-catching grooves are? 🙂

The horizontal lines made me think it was a square of corrugated cardboard.

I was so hungry I couldn’t find a plate that would fit all the food 😂

Well I like all steak, wasn’t tryin to make it super rare but just with the time constraints and everything, it’s how it turned out.

Are those just boiled veg? Where’s the garlic salt and pepper? I’d coat with butter or olive oil flavored with: paprika & cumin, or tarragon & thyme, or mustard & honey. Any extra would go on the meat.

Anyway, it looks very pretty… just a bit bland.

                  Why is the mash white?

Yep just steamed and salted/peppered. Should’ve put some butter/olive oil, more pepper, and maybe a little lemon and garlic on the veg. And definitely more butter in the potatoes. I think lack of butter is why the potatoes look kinda bland. Really it just came down to laziness 'cus I was so hungry I couldn’t wait haha.

Lack of butter tbh. Needed more seasonings too. At least some more pepper. Meh, it was still decent, not the best mash for sure. Hunger makes anything taste good lol.
