It blows my mind that this game gets multiplayer but nightdive completely leaves it out of Turok 3, and charges the same amount for both games. I mean im not upset about having it here but this is an immersive sim where people only care about the campaign. Turok 3 was a fun arena shooter with a doodoo campaign…

Completely agree with this, and also fully expecting to see that with cars too. I’ve heard of some models with onboard computers and displays showing people ads at traffic stops, it’s wild as is. But I’m certain all those CEOs and owners fully believe we should just own nothing and be happy. Everything should be rentals or subscriptions to fully cement their parasitism. And then they act surprised when people feel crushed and desperate. I my humble opinion they should fuck all the way off.

Oof, I’m all for scantily clad character models with jiggle physics, but it should be omni-gender and there should be options overall.

Never use Amazon for expensive electronics. There’s too much nonsense going on. I tried to preorder a phone once. Sony offered a pair of earbuds as a preorder gift and I wanted that specific phone anyway so hey, why not. Unfortunately, their fulfillment partner happened to be Amazon. Instead of my phone I received a book about Lemmy Kilmister. Oh, and they couldn’t correct the error; all they could do was to have me send the book back and get a refund and buy the phone again – which of course took me out of the preorder program. Yeah, no. There’s too much bullshit with Amazon to trust them with expensive gear.

You can try Splitgage 2 for yourself. It’s in an open beta right now. IMO it’s fantastic and feels like peak Halo 2/3 multiplayer + portals.

Agreed. It’s a great game. I wish it had more variability in puzzles or solutions to give it more replay value. I got it right when it came out and still feel like it’s too fresh in memory to go through it again.

Silverhawks are the only reason I ever got above 40 or 50 agility. The courses are so grindy, for virtually zero benefit.

Agreed, I’m more cautiously optimistic (cause you never know how it’ll go) but IO do have a good track record. Hopefully they give themselves time to cook and make it excellent!
