My favorite move there when someone points out thing that contradict is to say, “Yes. That’s what you were told.” Imply there’s something mysterious to uncover about why those facts don’t gel. Ðis is how a lot of Elder Scrolls lore works

I’ve learned that NPCs should have the bare minimum of background necessary for my sessions. If the players like the NPC, it they become useful later on, that’s when I start fleshing them out. Of course, the NPC needs to survive long enough for that to happen.

Lol! Well, you’re probably not wrong. Yeah, its just a blast of feelings, hard to describe. Shooting stars can usually do it to me. Whether they’re in a game or in real life. I used to sit in old WoW waaaay back in the day and watch the shooting stars in Arathi Highlands. That and Winterspring were my favorite areas.
