Something used for optional authentication that the server just reads its lack or sending a 0 as highly suspicious.Just switching to a different open source mobile mail app solved it on my end, but its definitely an example I can think of where I had an "okay, emails sent from my computer go through, emails sent from my phone are not reaching destination" because it piqued problem solving brain

It’s hard to get people to use something else but I generally tell them that I will only have certain conversations in certain environments and they can move the conversation over or not talk. You decide your own boundaries. That and I think it’s really good to encourage having several ways of communicating with people on several platforms. Resiliency is another important if separate issue. You are not as bound to Discord if you have another way to contact and organize your friends, for example.

gochujang is seriously underrated outside of korean food! i mix it with mayo for an amazing sandwich spread or use it to add depth to soups. it’s got that perfect balance of sweet, spicy and umami that nothing else has.

It’s actually called “Chef’s Table Legends.” Totally whiffed on the name, there.

There are old stories from whaling colonies in the south Atlantic (Falklands if my memory is correct) where orcas would rescue sailors who fell overboard. The sailors /whalers often fed the orcas scraps. So either kindness or taking care of the hand that feeds them.

@stux I'm not sure how it works overseas, but here in the States that gigundous bloatwagon would be hauling one solitary person with nothing in the truck (or boot, if you prefer).

@stux I proposed without a ring. It was actually a spontaneous kind of moment (given my anxiety problems I was nervous as hell and when the impulse hit I decided screw all the fancy stuff, just do it before I chicken out again). We ended up getting a pair of ear rings my mom gave me that came from my great grandmother, took the small diamonds from them, and had one put in to an engagement ring and one out in to my eventual wedding band.
